Ighel ''Ella'' Vickers was a known operator back on earth yet in the 2153 she choosen to "break off relations" with the Genoroidian armed forces leaving the army allowed her to mod herself, a thing that the armed forces denied, she changed her skin color and begun to work on her own, a quite deep change to begin a "new life" as she said, the relaxed life style and the fact running a gunshop isn't as phisically challenging as being a SOF operator leaded her to gain some weight, with her great knownedge in firearms, some good choices in her shop, some luck and these new looks she started to grew poularity even in the civilian comunity, that was a huge boost for her gunshop the Bullseye that soon became the fulcrum for civilian and the few private military compaines still running.

The outfit she's wearing is composed of a nanofiber E-Technical shirt "LEAF" and a pair of Dyna-pants "MOSS-CARGO" type these pants recycle the waking energy into electricity to power up and recharge any sort of device, on her hands a TACTile PRO gloves usually she use then to handle firearms or for mainentance and last but not least on her wrist a compact PDA to keep track of all her shop activities
