due to the fact i've made some designs for the RA3 Blue january MOD i've tought "what if RPDF will become a RA3 mod ?" so i've begineed to do some concepts this chart is for the RPDF infatry forces obviously all this unit are created at the barracks

Scout Trooper:
those guys run quite fast and uses a combat knife to kill enemy infatry they can deploy their sniper rifle, become invisible thaks to the camouflage and kill infantry with just one shot each the cons as usual like any other RPDF units is that they are quite expensive if compared to any other faction equivalent

Stanadard Trooper:
well trained and sometimes even better than allied peacekeepers they are armed with a powerful 7.62mm assault rifle capable of greater damage and accuracy than the soviet one they are also equipped with ballistic shields to use with an handgun when they use it they will be much more resistant but also slower and the handgun is a lot less powerful than a rifle the cons as usual like any other RPDF units is that they are quite expensive if compared to any other faction equivalent

AT-Trooper
equipped with Thunderbolt missiles and a deployable mini-bunker they have a slow fire rate but the Thunderbolt missile is much more fowerful than any other avabile AT weapon their lack of defence against infantry is counterbalanced by the capability to deploy like RA2 allied GI a mini-bunker the the trooper will use his assault rifle agains infantry

Tactical engineer
useful as always the engineers are used to capture enemy buildings or repair allied ones the RPDF main advantage is that he uses a Saiga shotgun much more powerful than the Soviet combat engineer pistol and he have a better armor almost twice than common engineers but all of this equipment and training raise the production cost

Peacekeeper Battlesuit
not to be confused with the alied peacekeeper those battlesuit are the state of the art of RPDF robotics a bit faster and more armored than Soviet tesla troops they carry a massive belt fed Mk.47 automatic grenade launcher capable of devastate both infantry and enemy tanks, to eliminate enemy tanks faster they can overload the weapon but this will slowly damage the suit

Maj. Igor Kutuzov
the infantry "hero" unit he replaced the belt fed Mk.47 automatic grenade launcher with a belt fed Gsh-14-6 14.7mm vulcan this permits to him to do greater damage to infantry and light veichles and the additional heavy misile launcher can vapourize even an apocalipse just in one shot but it have a not so slow cooldown time and also is expensive to create

I love RA3, but I'm bad at it... XD Japanese powa. I love their polyvalent units, in fact. But the Russian Apoc' are awesome.

These guys better have the weakest vehicles, planes and navy imaginable, to preserve balance.

Allies = Air Force
Soviets = Vehicles
Japan = Navy
RPDF = Infantry

Tactical Engineer steps on the toes of the Combat Engineer, as well. Both build Battle Bunkers and have attack abilities.

my idea of making a mod was abandoned for the reason RPDF units are overpowered they are simply too strong... for the simple reason defeat isn't an option... but for other players the overpower of them will be annoying so i have abandoned it...

Well, I once thought of a German faction that focused on infantry. They had the best infantrymen, compared to the Soviets, Allies and Empire, but I balanced them with their vehicles (non-APC ones, at least) being slow and lightly armored, with not particularly much firepower, and a middling air force and navy in respect to other factions, so no-one's toes were stepped on.

It's all for something called 'balance'. Also, the RPDF doesn't seem to fit in with RA3's art direction (they look too grim). I actually gave Germany a style (WWI appearance, with Prussian influences), and made sure that, in my head, at least, a German Shocktrooper (who would have been the single female basic infantry) wouldn't stick out too much in a side-by-side with a Conscript or a Peacekeeper.

infantti questi soldati sono stai disegnati nel caso qualcuno abbia voglia di fare una MOD per aggiungere la mia fazione nel videogioco red alert 3

si hai ragione manca il medico perchè la fanteria e composta di soli Troopers cioè robot identici ad esseri umani come i replicanti di bladerunner per intenderci...

Kutuzov should be using the GShG-7.62, there's no such thing as a Gsh-14.

That, and units are unbalanced, production costs don't balance out the ammount of advantages you gave them over their soviet/allied/imperial counterparts.

And the hero unit should be a girl =P

1- the Gsh-14 is a gun made by KHI
2- yep the unit are unbalanced but they are not so powerful afterall in the 1vs1 they win but in battle they can be outnumbered easly
3- i'm not so good at drawing girls + I do not know where to put Igor if not in the infantry = I've choosen Igor as Infantry Hero

ah BTW they will be 2 heroes one for infantry and one for air forces...
used alone they will die soon but used togheder they will give serious trouble the only way to defeat them are to play smart or outnumber them
